Went from Geico, to Travelers, but then a friends suggested calling Buddy Clark. We did, and in less than 10 minutes, Buddy emailed auto and home policy quotes to us. Erie's policies for even more coverage were almost $800 annually than previous quotes from companies. I don't know where to start so I'll start at the beginning. I needed a new insurer for my motorcycles and a broker friend of mine from another company highly recommended that I contact Nancy Ocampo and it was the best phone call of the year. Nancy fully took care of my needs and communicated with me via email, text and phone calls. I explained to her what I needed and she immediately worked a quote which was very reasonable and actually lower than I was paying with my previous insurer (IIRC). Nancy was able to fully answer all of my questions and concerns which showed me that she knew the industry very well so I knew at that point I had selected the right insurer. No insurance claims as of yet to give feedback on Erie insurance but Buddy Clark & CMR are great, I recommend them very often to other business owners! What to expect: Buddy really took the time to go over our day-to-day activities and custom fit the insurance to our needs vs others who sent us a cookie cutter coverage which had serious gaps and would have left us open to serious liabilities.

Buddy is extremely honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable about his insurance products. I like his consultative approach. He shares the pros & cons then makes suitable recommendations. He is even proactive to suggest changes when he knows they are needed. If Buddy isn't your insurance agent, then you probably have unknown blind spots in your coverage.

I really like the responsiveness of the agency's communication. They respond to emails and calls in a timely fashion. Since 07/08 I have never had an issue filling for claims through the 1800 number for Erie or getting help from CMR insurance agency. After 10 years, I decided to get a car in Virginia, and began researching Car Insurance options. Erie Insurance is one of the top four rated firms in VA, so I looked at them, the other three, plus USAA and AAA. Erie offered more coverage at the same price as USAA and AAA. Then, I interviewed a few insurance agents, and chose to work with Carlos at CMR because he was responsive, kindly and easily answered my questions (of which I had a lot), and helped me understand the different options within the car and renter's policies so I could choose options that I felt most comfortable with. I just signed a week ago. Hopefully, I will not have to use the insurance, but if I do, I'll update my posting.
