During our recent move to Minnesota, we needed to change insurance providers for all of our coverage needs. Chris did a great job of getting me quotes and various options for all of our policies that we have. He explained all the various policies in detail and gave me the information on the optional policy coverages and their impact of the cost. I've worked with Eric several times in the last 5-10 years and it's always been an easy, pain-free experience! I tend to review my insurance policies every couple years and Eric has always been very helpful with any adjustments or changes to a new provider. More often than not saving me hundreds of dollars. It's great having someone to walk through the technicalities of insurance contracts and help explain the nuances of different options. Takes a lot of the stress and headache out of the equation.
It's also nice knowing that if I already have the best policy available to me, Eric will let me know. It gives me peace of mind keeps me from moving to another provider just for the sake of moving.
