Krupke Insurance

I went through them the last 6 months and everything was great.until the owner Brian. I called to add my 2019 Rogue to my insurance he than told me my insurance would be close to 1k( WTF) I knew that didn't sound right. He told me he would call me back (he didn't) and than when he had my full quote he tried to convince my insurance monthly would be 2500 which I told him was bullshit and I called him out on it and that I knew he was trying to scam me than he says he can drop it by over 2k. he than insulted me saying I was stupid and hung up. I would never recommend this insurance company! The ladies in the office are great but beware of the owner

I just got off the phone with an agent named Brian. I introduced myself, said I would like to purchase some auto insurance. Brian's reply was "awe man, I'm just about outta here for the day. You couldn't have come in earlier?" I said that I had just gotten off of work and I asked if they were open until 5pm (I was on the phone with him at 4pm) and his response was "yeah but where do I put you?

What do i do with you?" I told him nevermind, thanked him for his customer service, and hung up. What pathetic excuse for professionalism. It's not like I called 5-10 minutes till closing time. There was still an hour left in his work day but I was obviously imposing on his intent to do absolutely nothing for the last hour of his Friday afternoon at work.

How aggravating. I work a fulltime job like himself and countless others and he asked me in all condescending seriousness "where were you earlier? You couldn't have come in earlier?". I hope his employers know that not only did this rude individual cost them a paying customer but also that they are paying this man with little to no work ethic to sit around and take their money while doing nothing in return.

Great company. This is a great insurance agency. They help you with your record (As far as credit and driving record) good or not so good and will get you a great deal. Highly recommend. Brian is our agent and I have used them for years. I'm never disappointed. The office staff is really sweet and they are really friendly. I wouldn't be with them if they were not a good company.

Thank you guys! We just added another car and happy with the price. I'd shopped around with others to see if there were better rates and shocked how much more they were so we are definitely staying with Krupke.

Krupke insurance is a great insurance agent. Brian is a really nice guy and he helps you get the best insurance company and policy to fit what I needed. I've used them prior for several years and back with them again. The staff is there to help too. When I call, the office gals are super helpful and when they say "I'll call you right back with info", they actually do which is hard to say about other insurance agents that I've dealt with.

He got me a great rate on my 2010 Rav-4 with a not so fun credit score but he got us a great deal. We are back with them and we know we're covered and they are great helping people with not so fun driving records and bad credit, those factors are important to insurance companies (credit, strange :) ) but Krupke insurance still will dig & dig to find you a great deal. Great too for people with clean records and good credit, he's a great agent, happy to be back with them :) thanks guys :)

Brian has been helping me for YEARS. He started out with just my auto insurance. Over the last 13 years he's helped me with everything from home owners, rental properties, when the kids started to drive (they're all grown and gone now - thank goodness), and all the insurance that my small business needs. Over the years, I have referred multiple friends and multiple family members to him as well and yes, he now handles their insurance needs as well (most of them anyway). Thank you Brian, it's been a pleasure working with you!

Krupke Insurance has been in business for 34 years. Our agency is based on giving the best customer service. We try to make sure all of our clients are satisfied. Some clients have situations that can't be helped due to the companies guidelines. We do our best to please everyone.

The Krupke's are a bunch of crooks! All they want to do is take your money and not provide any service. My wife's called them 5 times about an accident on my CLOO report that I wasn't even involved in and each time they tell her they'll look into it and call her back. I literally just got off the phone and the receptionist told me she called the insurance company 14 days ago and passed on the information to the agent and guess what.

Still waiting on a call. Not just that, but why did it take her calling 5 times to get someone to contact the insurance company in the first place? Now I'm having to take time off work to go deal with these guys in person. This isn't the only problem we've had with them. So if you're looking for a good for nothing insurance agency, look no further, you found them!

As far as Insurance goes this agency makes it easy. They answered all my questions and helped me understand what I was paying for. If you prefer talking to a real person I recommend stopping by their office and finding out for yourself what I already have.

This agency is lackluster to the say the least. From the time I began working with them to issue a suite of policies, the response and follow thru has been marginal. BRIAN KRUPKE, who is apparently the owner had indicated several times that he kept having to be gone and out of town to deal with family issues. They issued a policy for me then a month later I got notice from the issuing insurance company they were canceling my policy because it didn't fit within their underwriting guidelines.

I called the agent, BRIAN KRUPKE, and he knew nothing about it. He indicated he would broker another policy for me but never even returned my call. A week and a half later I contacted him to follow up, and received an "out of office" email. I called the office to speak with someone else, when they called me back the agent, KEVIN, who left a voicemail was very belligerent, and suggested that I start calling around to look for insurance myself, as they original agent, BRIAN, who brokered my coverage is out of the office.

When I called KEVIN back I questioned the level of customer service they were representing in my experience with their agency. He spoke over me, made no apology and eluded to this some how being my fault. I would NEVER recommend this agency. I am disappointed and dismayed at how someone can run a business this way.
