I used this insurance agency when I was in desperate need to get insured and drive my car off the lot. Chris signed me up for an auto debit discount, under the agreement that he would disable it immediately after the payment went through. He did not. He also offered to help me find a cheaper policy before the first month was up, because the one he signed me up for was 2x what I should have been paying.
I reached out to him over a week before the month was up, and he said he would do some research and get back to me. He did not. I eventually purchased a new policy on my own and sent him my cancellation request. Only then, did he call me back. He never sent the cancellation to the insurance company. He also neglected to mention that there was a sizable cancelation fee with that particular company.
He is very available when it comes time to sign you up, but should you need any adjustments or assistance, he is completely ghost, and it will be at your own expense. As I write, I have incurred a loss of $300 from an unauthorized charge from this insurance company.
