I finally had to make a claim, after many years of paying outrageous premiums to these guys, and got thrown under the bus. The policy was worthless. It cost me my business.

I am a HUGE believer in Robert Clark and his team. I originally was a contractor performing work on Mr. Clark's home and I began asking questions about what he did professionally. Once I learned about Choice Insurance I became extremely interested, and requested to sit down with Robert and his team to tailor make a policy for my construction business.

I was originally with Farmer's for my business, where they began raising my rates on my growing business. Choice Insurance has helped me save about $10,000 a year of what I was paying for, between switching my general and auto policies. $10,000! This is not skipping quality, this is finding the company that's willing and able to look at potentially candidates that other larger insurance companies are not able to find/use.

The whole process with Robert and his team was informative, comfortable, and I only ever felt that they had my needs at heart. You are treated as an individual and not a dollar sign and that's how I run my business as well. I am a huge believer in Robert and his team, and a big shout out to Laura Tikker who has been nothing but world class while handling my account.

This is the insurance I have referred to any home service based company that I've come across who needs to be represented by an insurance company they can believe in. Thank you Choice Insurance team, you're great!

Cancellation policy is a joke. $650 for cancelling insurance is ridiculous especially when they tell you they will flat cancel policy and they send you a different form that you need to sign to get a refund.

I came to Choice Insurance on a very tight timeline to get my new business insured. The customer service and turnaround time were better than I could have hoped. Nick explained all of my options, made sensible recommendations (but didn't try to sell me coverage I didn't need), gave me a quote, and got me insured all in one day. He answered emails within an hour, called when he had questions so we wouldn't stall the process, and was incredibly positive and helpful in every interaction. It's hard to imagine a more seamless insurance-buying experience.

We were unhappy with our previous insurance provider. Nick and his team at Choice came highly recommended. We made the switch and have been extremely happy with our decision. The prompt service alone has been excellent. We will continue to refer all friends and family to Nick.

Over five years later after leaving this company due to frequent sales attempts they still contact me trying to sell me insurance products after being asked not to. Do not trust this company. They do not respect their clients and you will just become a sales quota to them to meet. Be very cautious giving them info on you.

I was a former customer and let me tell you make a choice and move on. After one of the agents Andre left Choice Insurance has done absolutely nothing to help me except take money. I had my truck broken into and almost stolen and contacted them for assistance. I got a response of "pemco will take care of you we cant do anything". When i had a minor motorcycle 2 years ago accident Andre had contacted me immediately and asked if there was anything he could help with and went above and beyond.

He reached out to the party at fault, car rental, police, and dealership without me even asking! What happened to this kind of service? My truck got absolutely no attention except a 1800 number and when i asked for clarification on my policy i get "talk to your adjuster." I also called 13 times in a course of 3.5 months to get a new motorcycle policy because my premium was way to high and everytime i was told we'll contact you with an update.

Never got one! And im still waiting for my refund that i paid 6 months in advance for! Youve lost a customer and 4 others because we all canceled because of the type of treatment we get. All their positive feedback is from years ago and nothing recent.

Andre- was very professional, patient and informed me of the different insurance coverage that were out there to meet my personal need. Got in touch with them based on personal recommendation to help a friend with his company. Met with the supposed cofounder, was promised forms over email and nothing happened. Followed up 3 times, each time got a short reponse saying he will send shortly and it never happened. Either they are too busy for new clients, which would have been nice to know upfront or didn't not see the startup as a desireable client (consulting startup) in which case there are plenty of ways to indicate this, again saving everyone time.

Andre is simply a great agent. Andre switched my wife and I over to a company that offered better coverage for a better cost. Not only that but Andre is excellent with his customer service. He is prompt in replying to emails and phone calls. He is always punctual and is a man of his word. He is very personable and has great understanding of insurance.

Who knew insurance could be FUN? It's usually such a staid fact of life, but thanks to one of the Associates here, Kim, I LOVE calling with all of my insurance issues. Don't get me wrong, everyone is great, and Reid is extremely thorough in finding the best insurance at the best rates, but for my day to day stuff, I can always count on Kim. Ok, it's business insurance I'm talking about, but now we've been with them for a year and I know there isn't a thing about insurance they don't know, I'll be switching all my personal insurance to this company.
