We work with the benefits group for two companies shared in the same building, MMS and Lotus. This group is the definition of great customer service. They constantly go above and beyond whenever we need something. From setting up our enrollment, walking us through any changes, constantly looking for ways to get us better coverage and keep costs down for our employees, to getting on calls with our employees directly to explain plans and specifics to them.

They help with getting people enrolled as quick as possible and giving us all the tools to provide to the employees should they need to make an appointment prior to receiving an insurance card. Dave, Brett, Jolene, Tammy, Keith and team have been nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a benefits team!
