Fran (my agent) - Well this is how I feel about her- Fran is absolutely the best! Outstanding! Impressive. Superior. Phenomenal. Exceptional & MAGNIFICENT! I won't say always, cuz none of us are ever 100%. But with me she's always been 100% on top of everything. This is where it becomes the best. when my policies up for renewal, she'll call me and say too me, "well I looked at XXX many other insurance companies and XXX has the best rates. So what would you like to do this year, stay with the same company or go with a new one?"

So happy I switched my car insurance to someone else! When inquiring about receiving a discount due to the stay at home order I was tagged on Facebook with other people saying that I should. I should of gotten an email explaining it not to have it posted on social media. You would think that would be common sense as a business to email your client. I was told I would and that never happened. Just completely unprofessional
