My experience with the entire team at West's has been exceptional. If you want to add insult to injury this is the company to use. Dealing with this Covid 19 pandemic is bad enough but at the same time getting ripped off by these guys is just criminal. Despite having details confirmed in writing many times this company still inappropriately pulled funds out of my account. Then they say they can't automatically refund it yet because of Covid 19? They were able to automatically withdraw it though. I guess it is only allowed in one direction during a pandemic. Still waiting for my full reimbursement.

Had a commercial policy there for a few years. Initially, I had good experience with Luke. Some how he left the company and Mike took over my account and it was still decent (he response to my email/call). Near end of 2018, I was notify Mike is no longer there and Carolyn took over my account and this is the worst experience I had with any insurance company.
She won't reply email nor call. we had to change our policy coverage due to moving to a new office, contact her during end of 2018, again in Feb, March. it is not until I copy their office main email address I received a reply. not to mention the changes she made are all wrong. Had to cancel our policy and move our business else where to another company that actually cares about their customers.
