I recently had an issue with an auto draft change and the benefit option increase happening simultaneously for my TLC policy back in October. I tried several times to resolve the issue with direct calls to John Hancock customer service without any success and lots of frustration. Then I reached out to Stephanie B. at MAGA Ltd. and she intervened to resolve the issues with John Hancock.

My introduction to MAGA occurred about 10 years ago with a presentation by Brian Gordon, President of MAGA. Brian had been asked by the HR group of my former employer to discuss the LTC options provided through the company's benefits plan. The presentation was informative and presented a good opportunity to purchase.
