Not good people here AT ALL. Liars don't trust them! They put us in a "binding contract" because of an email even though we never actually signed a contract with them and went with another company. They then sent us to collections for non payment even though we decided NOT TO GO WITH THEM! We called because surely there was a mistake and they were just downright nasty over the phone.
They tried to make us sign a cancellation agreement and they would possibly make this go away. Why in the world would we sign a cancellation agreement if we NEVER ACTUALLY SIGNED A CONTRACT TO BEGIN WITH?! What exactly do we need to cancel?! Go ANYWHERE but here!

Tried to get a quote they tool all my information and asked me to send them a few documents. Said it would take a week or 2 for a heavy auto policy quote. After 2 weeks I called the agent 3 times and sent 4 emails with no response. I guess they didn't want our business and didn't have the descency to respond.
