Being new to Florida by way of SF CA/bay area I really didn't know what to expect in my search for auto insurance but after almost exhausting my efforts I came across Seibert Insurance. Jennifer Hagemeyer and I connected - spoke at length and she addressed any questions and/or concerns I had in regards to being insured in Florida which helped in making it a fluid transition.

I would highly recommend Seibert Insurance. and that you would engage Jennifer directly as I found her to be very knowledgeable about the product pipeline (auto, home, etc), genuinely attentive that's coupled w/ a great client/customer rapport.

I highly recommend Seibert Agency. I have been working with Jennifer Hagemeyer for nearly 20 years on my home and auto policies. She has been very knowledgeable and helpful for all of my insurance needs.

My husband and I were referred to Jennifer Hagemeyer by a friend after we expressed extreme frustration with our current insurance agent. With our previous agent, every time our policies hit renewal, our coverage options were changed "by the computer". We had to do a tremendous amount of footwork in order to get things fixed at least twice a year for the past 5 years. I'm not sure what we were actually paying our agent to do other than to inconvenience us and frustrate us to no end.

Our initial quotes for auto, homeowners, and an umbrella policy all came in much lower than what we were currently paying. I was very pleased. When I went to institute the policies and make payment with Jennifer, I wanted to keep my homeowners deductible at $1000 for hurricane, but this meant I would have to keep my current homeowners policy for a short while longer.

I would have to make one minor change with my current agent in order to do this. When I called my current agent's office, I was told I could not make changes to my policy until the renewal in eight months. This was going to cause an issue with my umbrella policy. Jennifer called my homeowners carrier herself and found out that I could in fact make the change anytime I wanted. Seibert is not currently a broker for this particular carrier, but I suspect they will be soon. Jennifer went above and beyond and made this transition so much easier for us to do.

When I actually did pay, the cost was even lower than our original quote saving us over $550 on our policies. We ended up with policies with higher coverage limits, more comprehensive coverage, lower deductibles and a greater savings than what we were currently paying.

We recently moved to Tampa and needed all new insurance (auto, home, personal umbrella, etc). After reading lots of reviews, we chose Seibert. They shop best rates with reputable companies, doing all the leg work and paperwork. Jennifer Hagemeyer went beyond my expectations with sound advice, quick response times and excellent follow-up to be certain everything was in place for some time-sensitive issues we had.
