I have been insured with United Underwriters for 8 years. my family has had 2 claims. 1 deer, and 1 not at fault. Both claims could not have gone smoother. The communication with our claim adjuster was great, we knew exactly what to expect, she walked us through the process and answered all our questions. I actually left United for a year to save a few dollars on my home insurance policy, I have an older home built in 1918.

We came back to United because they have a great discount for having both my husband me and auto insured with them. If you are looking for a great company I highly recommend United Underwriters.

I have never been so unimpressed with an insurance company! If I could leave zero stars I would! My wife was hit by someone who has this insurance and they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with! First they assigned our case to someone who was out of town, causing us to be on the phone for days at a time never reaching anyone; until we finally told the receptionist that we better get someone on the phone today to get things moving.

They never return phone calls we leave voicemail after voicemail after voicemail and it never gets returned! They have been rude and inattentive refusing to replace the little things that need replacing that were due to the accident! I would NEVER use this insurance company or recommend them to anyone! I also hope that no one else ever gets hit by someone with this insurance and gets spared the nightmare we have dealt with and are continuing to deal with!

Wow! Everyone I have worked with has been amazing to work with! They are all very understanding, they listen well, and are all so kind. I backed into a pole awhile back and Carolynn helped me find the nearest auto body shop near me, where I went and took my car in and got it all fixed. It was a super quick and an easy process. She was so kind and helpful.

Then a couple weeks later I had another case filed, and Jed helped me out, he was so great and very helpful, I kissed someones bumper and she didn't want to call the police so we just switched phone numbers, I didn't recall seeing anything on her vehicle that I did right then and there. I knew this lady was fishy, she was trying to file me for a rusty dent on her trunk, a corner on her bumper that had been patched with paint and a cracked windshield.

So within a couple days they sent out a guy that was super awesome as well and he came to me and looked at my car, grabbed measurements and everything. The guy came out and looked at my car, and clearly knew what was going on, they knew everything didn't match up correctly. I appreciate everyone who I've worked with here! I will definitely be staying with United forever!

They listen so well, and are quite affordable for full coverage insurance! We were at another insurance and switched to them and our bill is at least $150 lower than we were paying previously, and we didn't even have full coverage at our other insurance! So thank you United Insurance for being reasonably priced, and so amazing with your customer service! I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!

We have Auto Insurance through United Insurance Group. I got in an accident and they were very understanding and quick to get me a claim number. However there was a lot of work on my part, I thought that for most other Auto Insurance agency's they were the ones doing all of the calling and scheduling on the customers behalf. That was not my case. The contact or representative that was assigned my clam was a pain in the butt to deal with.

She was nice and respectful, However she was the hardest to get a hold of I tried calling countless times left the same amount of voice messages yet still no response but if I emailed, she would respond with in 4 hours. I was expecting for things to be more smooth but they were not. On a more positive note they took care of paying for everything they said they would.

My claim rep. who I was already not a fan of she told me that my car rental was going to expire within the next couple days yet I was allotted close to 20 days and i had not even hit 14. I was quite frustrated with her and dealing with her. More stress then was necessary. United Insurance Group though was not hard to deal with the company them selves were great and forward and again they paid for everything really quick and got things moving.

My Biggest Problem again was my claim rep. It took her 2 weeks to submit by paper work to the other insurance agency that was going to reimburse me for my deductible. But in the end it all got worked out and We were taken care of.

My experience with United Underwriters, Provo, UT office was wonderful. My Claim Representative was quick, efficient, detail-oriented, and patient. He saw my claim smoothly from beginning to end. I can only hope other insurance companies provide this type of positive experience!

This company is under great management and is growing quickly for a reason. They are very fair in their way of handling claims. They assure that people are compensated for what they deserve, no more, no less.

Fantastic Customer Service! I was in a minor fender bender with one of United's insureds. They did everything they could to make the process of getting my vehicle repaired as painless as possible. The representatives I spoke with were ALWAYS kind, courteous, and highly professional. Couldn't thank United enough for this.

More than 24 hours ago one of your policy holders rear-ended me. He took total responsibility and the police report reflects that, yet I STILL haven't heard from an adjuster though I've left 3 messages. My car is totally wreaked and I can't function without a rental to replace it and repairs can't even start. The excuse the office gave me is "we've had a lot of accidents in Utah so our team is busy". Not my problem, but your lousy claims processing is! Total fail by both customer service and adjusters.

We decided to write our home and have been so impressed, especially with their new earthquake coverage! So affordable and what a great idea. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Assessment performed - very significant repairs made, checks cut, rental car covered. NO hassle, no questioning. Trusted what I was telling them, paid claims quickly. VERY impressed! Thank you!

Our experience with them has been far better than with Bear River or State Farm--when I get solicitations to change insurance companies I don't ever consider them because the great value and personal care we get with United is just not going to be beaten. From their owners, to the agents, to the people at the front desk and those who answer the phone, they have always been cordial, understanding, and made time to help whenever I've had a question or a claim.

I appreciate the way that on the phone or in person they have worked through my concerns and even helped me to find additional discounts, as my children of reached driving age or other circumstances in our lives have changed. When my elderly mother had a flood, they paid quickly and helped throughout the restoration process, including getting directly involved with a restoration specialist who was faulty/fraudulent in his billings and practices. United is simply the best insurance company I've worked with--the value, quality coverage, and peace of mind they provided is incomparable.
