We've used Lisa and LA Bowen since we moved to Utah from out of state several years ago. We have had endless changing needs with both home and auto insurance. Lisa is informative, quick to respond, and I really feel like she is looking for the best options for us. Unbeatable service and rates.

I have to say, Jeff and the rest of the LA Bowen Insurance team have really gone above and beyond for me. I signed up with them about 2 months ago, and after a week of having coverage, I was T-Boned by another driver and my car rolled. Jeff immediately stepped into action for me and helped me get things going with the insurance, and has been here for me every step of the way in helping me work with both insurance companies involved. I don't know what I would do without these guys! I will never use another insurance broker!

Had a wonderful experience last and this week on getting an auto insurance quote -- and changing companies! A Ms. Pam Berneau answered all of my questions no matter how confusingly I asked or how novice they were and made me feel confident that I understood everything. I now have much better coverage at a small fraction of the cost I used to pay. Pam made it so easy, glad I called!

I am a little late in posting however I was extremely grateful for the service I received in switching my auto insurance. My representative Dennis Bowen was extremely helpful and patient with me and my crazy schedule. He was able to lower my rate substantially and walk me through the necessary steps to make the switch. I've worked with Clare Nielson for years. She's helped me out so much with all my insurance needs, and she's very knowledgeable. She's very dependable. When she says she'll get me a quote or make a change, count on it getting done. I would recommend talking to Clare she'll help you with any of your insurance needs! She's AMAZING! LA Bowen Insurance has been great to work with throughout the years. Sean Murphy has also helped me out as well.

If you have any insurance needs, both Clare and Sean are the ones that I can say have helped me out more than any other place I've went through for my insurance needs. Brittany Wells at LA Bowen has always been (and likely always will be) our go to person. For insurance. She is the most responsive agent I have ever dealt with and has adjusted my plan in a snap on multiple occasions. She is honest about what deal works best for our family and really fights for the best rates!

They helped me get a screaming deal on car and home owners insurance. If they can't get you the best deal, it's probably because you don't qualify for better options yet. Pam was especially helpful.

We moved here 6 months ago from Texas. Technically homeless for most of that time, we needed help changing auto insurance, storage for our household items, (including a classic muscle car) until our home was finally completed and the insurance for our home and autos are all in place. Sean Murphy, Insurance Agent and Clare Nielson, Account Manager are great to work with. They are thorough and knowledgeable. I most appreciate their understanding of what I need and then they figure out how to get it done. In particular, this time Sean had to do significant research to get the coverage I needed, and he came though quickly. Clare kept me informed abut what was happening the whole way. Hard working, great communication, they think outside the proverbial box for solutions. Alyssa was awesome & on top of things from the beginning & I was extremely impressed, as I dealt with Brian Ellis with financial planning & Brian Bowen in getting quotes for our multiple policies. My father passed away a while back and my mother decided to move out to Nevada to be near family. Aly Bowen was more then helpful when going through the process of switching policies with my mother and I. You could tell she is a happy person and that is always nice. Great company, great employee!
