I hit a deer, it couldn't be helped. At renewal time our insurance company increased our rates, because. I hit a deer. They included a note that said, if I was dropped off the policy our rate would drop back to what it was. If I am dropped from the policy? We are not children, we are grandparents of grown children. Well, it was surely time to make a change.
We contacted Adam Itzel with Bay Area Insurance Group. Adam was extremely attentive, and reassuring that he would take care of us. Within just a few days Adam not only had a great policy for us, but the cost was less than our previous (pre-deer) policy. Adam is great to work with, and it's reassuring to know he is there, with personal service, if we need him!
