In a day and age where customer service and product knowledge is key I will tell you from my personal experience with Old Bay Ins. they excel in both. What was ideal for me and my experience was the fact that as an independent insurance agency Old Bay Ins has the capability of finding you the best rates because they have multiple carriers they can choose from.

At Old Bay Insurance someone is always available to help. There is no call center, no holding for the next available operator, no leave a message and someone will call you back. By far the best people to deal with regarding insurance needs.
