We pride ourselves on our service to existing customers. Our customers have learned to expect the extra attention and follow-through on health insurance questions. Service to us is not simply being available to give customers the 800 number to a specific insurance firm. We aid our individuals, employees, administrators and employers get the benefits that they deserve.

This is by far the most inept benefits company that I have worked with. Due to their negligence in filing paperwork, delays in processing, and their unwillingness to deliver on their promises we had to cancel not one, but two scheduled cancer surgeries. They gave incorrect information about when our coverage would start, promising one thing, but then denying that coverage was available when the hospital called to confirm.
We did our due diligence and supplied everything requested, but they consistently failed to deliver. This ineptitude is unacceptable. When we finally did get paperwork after the surgeries were cancelled, it was for the wrong time period. I hope that Kelly Benefits makes every effort to improve their processes so that other customers can receive the coverage that was promised but never delivered.

This company is an absolute joke and a scam. Their process is massively inefficient and ineffective. Customer service representatives refuse to provide their manager's contact information. Managers themselves refuse to provide their own direct numbers or email addresses. Every time you call you have to work your way through phone trees to reach the same people.
Some employees would promise to call me back. Often times they would not. When I reach out to them they are "not willing to talk." Incorrect and conflicting information was given on many occasions. Trying to cancel your benefits is a nightmare filled with delays, road blocks and ridiculous policies. Almost no one at this company can complete a simple task.
Everyone is trained to deflect and delay action. Responsibility is constantly deferred to "someone else", for whom they will not provide contact info. How do companies such as this still exist in this world? At least the call center employees acknowledged to me that they know Kelly Benefits is totally screwed up.
