The absolute WORST! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! If I could leave zero stars I would. Bader Co (property first group LP) is the only insurance company offered by the storage facility that we are renting a unit from. There was thousands of dollars worth of damage to personal property in the unit caused by the recent hurricane and the insurance company is claiming that the damage was not due to the hurricane because the storage unit structure did not have any damage.
Even though our storage unit had three feet of water in it and the entire facility lost power because of the hurricane, they refuse to cover anything. The woman Debra that we spoke to was absolutely useless and this company is a complete scam.

DON'T EVER GET THIS INSURANCE! They are horrible. I was forced to get there insurance because I had a storage unit with Life Storage. They were very difficult to work with when I had to file a claim due to Hurricane Harvey. The whole storage unit complex was flooded due to the hurricane and they just denied coverage to everyone there. they have no heart. all my stuff was in that storage unit. NEVER GET THEM!

Is there a way to leave negative stars because these guys don't deserve even one. This company is a scam. Google, Bob Bader Company Insurance Agency and see the many reports of scams. The storage facility that we were with required that we carry renters insurance with Bader Company. My unit was broken into. I have evidence that it was broken into (a cut lock) and all my stuff has been stolen.
This company denied my insurance claim on the basis that there was no physical damage to the storage unit itself. Basically they are of the opinion that it's not burglary unless someone takes a blow torch to the door. In the meantime, all my worldly possessions have been stolen and from the looks of it, they never honor any claims.

Water Leaked in my storage unit causing mold and damage to over $3000 of video and audio stuff. I filed a claim with Bader the mandatory insurance I had to pay each month and found nothing was covered. Bader has successfully excluded any item that you could store and any way it could be damaged. There were rat turds as well as water damage. Go with a reputable insurance company like Hartford or Travellers not where you must pay insurance that covers nothing.
