I had a horrible experience with this company. I have been a farmers client for YEARS and I just recently moved to Plano. I used to live in Dallas, and I wanted somewhere closer. The second a woman answered the phone she seemed annoyed, and keep sighing and raising her voice. I tried contacting another employee, but my email was left unread for months. I do not recommend the agency in a million years.

I love the fact that I do not have use an app for any questions or concerns I may have in regards to my policy. I personally do not have the time for 1-800 numbers. Just saying. I wish more people and businesses were like Alicia. I don't know how she manages to not only stay on top of all of her emails the way she does, but then actually follows through and completes everything that's discussed in the emails. It's impressive and very appreciated since I primarily communicate via email during working hours. I never have to worry about my auto, motorcycle, or renters insurance because I know I have an agent that will be available and reliable, and who looks out for my wallet and best interests.
