I can't say enough about this great team! My family and I have both our personal and business insurance with them. Don and Ashley are always available to answer questions and discuss insurance. Cindy and Kay keep us up to date about when renewals are happening and look for better coverage and rates to compare each year to make sure we are getting the best product at the best rates. They are intelligent, responsive, efficient, and personable! I highly recommend them!

I have my small business insurance accounts with them. They take care of all my needs usually within minutes of my request. Always friendly and helpful and willing to take care of anything you might need.

Went to remove a few items off my auto and home plans. Was told that I had to come to the office to sign the paperwork. In this day and time you shouldn't have to do this and electronically could and is an option. NOT OFFERED. Kristy was my representative for many years and chose to leave, Allison, I guess, was cold and was like she was doing me a favor in this task. Told her I bet I've been doing business longer than you being here. "don't think so". NO ONE in office.

I came from Old Hickory. I asked to use the restroom." we generally don't let anyone use them. I am a customer, not trash off the road, I pay your commission to keep that restroom, so why deny. I did not say that, but wish I had. I ended up walking two blocks and had to cross road. VERY busy and dangerous road to cross. She never said, well go ahead, but said I'll have the paperwork here for you to sign.

Family business at DON Scott. they want even let a customer use there restroom. I did say you made me cross the GD interstate. to go to the bathroom. SHE COULD HAVE CARED LESS>>> first and ONLY time in my 40 years of buying I have ever had any altercation. ESPECIALLY over a restroom. Allison, you were totally RUDE!

I have had claims both personally and in my business environment that were processed quickly and efficiently.

They shop for the most appropriate insurance provider to handle specific needs and review the coverage annually to determine if any changes need to be made to the coverage.
