Requested callback for the next morning to answer questions about obtaining new policy. My call was answered promptly by 8:45 am the next day. The customer service representative was bright, cheerful, helpful and represented the company in a very positive and professional manner. Only issue is with the website. Links could be better explained. In a couple of places I was unsure of what to do next and fearful that the wrong action would cancel all of the info that I had inputted and that I would have to start over. Fortunately, that did not occur.

Easy to compare plans, offered good coverage at an affordable rate.

I had a small claim a few years ago and it was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction.

Very easy and quick way to buy Mexico auto insurance when travelling. Very friendly website and easy to use. Got my insurance in literally 10 minutes.

Easy and affordable insurance. Never have had to make a claim but I do know you are not to leave the country before meeting with a claims adjuster or you will be denied coverage if you do have an accident.just a heads up.

Only problem was having to fill out the form twice due to clicking on the wrong link. I have used Mexpro for two trips now. Had a claim and it was handled very well.

When I purchased the policy the website asked for arrival and departure dates. When the policy got created it was adding an extra day at the end of the term. I had to modify the departure date to match the actual departure date. After I made the payment and read the actual agreement, turns out the term starts and ends at 12:01AM of the departure date.

In other words, the departure date is not part of the term. That is why the system was adding another day to my request but never explains why it does. I had to purchase another policy for the last day and pay the policy generation cost twice.

Had a terrible experience. After 4 months of calling them almost daily about repairing my "fully insured" car they denied any payment and I had to "buy" my car back from their storage.

I have purchased Sonora, Mexico car insurance several times through Mexpro. Easy online process, fair price, and great coverage offered. You need the insurance to drive to Sonora- so why not have a great policy backed by a reputable Arizona-based company?

I have been buying insurance from this company for many years and have fortunately never needed it. On my last trip to Mexico I was hit by a drunken local. Luckily nobody was injured and we were able to drive our car home safely. Since then, it has been nothing short of a nightmare in trying to get any help with our claim. Emails not responded to, phone calls unanswered or a never ending cycle of being on hold (and never speaking to a human) or menu options that go nowhere.

The few times someone has answered when they realized I don't speak Spanish I was simply hung up on. I paid for this service/policy, it turns out it is worthless. If I could give zero stars I would. At this point I feel that the business model is to push you off until you give up, go away and they don't have to pay out a claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
