I had a heart condition that required surgery, and numerous pre- and post-surgical procedures. Over the course of a year and half, the Fendley agency provided stellar service! Brad Fendley was always ready to help with the insurance coverage issues. In one instance, I was overcharged $1000, but didn't realize it until I had already paid the bill. Brad helped me recover this unfair payment, which I wouldn't have known how to do without his assistance. Great service!

Fendley Benefits administered my health insurance through my previous workplace, and have continued administering after I left through extended coverage. Was seeking new small group plans for my current workplace and, even though Fendley wasn't administering, Brad was more than happy to answer complicated questions in an easy way, and very promptly. Completely unacceptable service. Our medical provider told us that Fendley & Sons lied to them about our benefits and provided false and incomplete information to them. I found them to be incompetent, argumentative and potentially acting illegally. We are taking our business to Benefit Logic as we have found the people there to have a very high level of service. Do not place your trust in Fendley and Sons; they are a woefully substandard insurance brokerage.
