I have used Bouvier Insurance for over 10 years. Over my lifetime I have used a number of insurance agencies that were decent, but none of them can hold a candle to the level of customer service Bouvier has provided. Every representative I have ever dealt with at Bouvier has been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Without a doubt Bouvier provides the best customer service I have ever had when dealing with a business, especially the representative that I have worked with the last few years, Marie Semino. Thank you Bouvier and Marie, you are the absolute best at what you do.

Bouvier has been my insurance agency for years and for good reason. Recently I encountered some complicated policy changes created by a change in my business structure. Wendy Correll has been fantastic in representing my interests throughout this process. I reached out to Matt St Thomas through a buddy of mine. Initially for a commercial policy but I let him quote me to bundle my home and auto. Got me 10x the coverage I had with USAA for $37 less a month. Got me a great commercial policy too. When my wife's car got totaled we had to file a third part claim with the other drivers insurance company. They were terrible so I called Matt, even though we weren't filing a claim with Bouvier.
He held our hand through the whole process even though it had nothing to do with Bouvier. When we bought our new car he asked me to give the dealer his cell number and to have them just call him, on a Saturday, and he would handle the whole insurance binder process for us. Super easy! Top notch customer service and Matt is super knowledgeable and professional.

I had an exceptional experience with Bouvier! I called Bouvier because I needed to obtain an insurance document for my mortgage bank, and had been given the runaround by both my condo management company and the bank. By the time I called Bouvier, I was pretty fed up with the process because I was honestly expecting the same lack of urgency and poor customer service that I had received so far trying to obtain the form.
When I called Bouvier, I had a woman named Janna as my rep. I explained my situation to her - that I needed a specific form but nobody would tell me which actual form it was - and Janna was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone, and let me e-mail her the incorrect forms I had previously been given to help me get to the bottom of what the bank needed.
She offered to investigate by e-mailing the account manager, but she ended up figuring out what my issue was on her own! Once she figured out what the bank needed, she went ahead and faxed the appropriate form to them herself, also providing me with a copy for my records. I was blown away by how thorough she was and how she truly wanted to help me, and not just get my issue off her desk.
She responded quickly and was so kind, explained everything she was doing, and was all-around an absolute pleasure to work with. After also speaking to a few other people at Bouvier, it seems everyone passionately cares about their customers' welfare and experience. In a world of automated message bots and service reps who hate their jobs, Bouvier far exceeded my expectations and was an absolute pleasure to work with!

A friend mentioned they got a great rate from them, so I called them up for a quote and made very clear that I wanted a reduction in rates. Was treated very politely at first and then a few days later I got the quote. It appeared that I was being pushed into higher coverage than I wanted in an attempt to keep my costs flat, and got a pretty unpleasant feeling response when I made it clear I had wanted the original coverage.
I then asked for a quote on a new vehicle, at their coverage and when I followed up 4 days later, after waiting and not hearing anything, got told they weren't interested. The experience for me was less than a pleasant and I wasn't even a customer yet.

I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Bouvier. My agent, Nicole, is always very responsive to my emails and questions. She understands exactly what my expectations are and advises me appropriately. I greatly appreciate that when I have a question, Nicole responds in a timely fashion with a knowledgeable response. The past two agencies I worked with oftentimes didn't seem to know the answer to my questions or didn't appear to want to go above and beyond to find the answer because it might require some research, or they would refer me directly to the insurance company where I would get stuck in menus and on hold.
I live in a condo complex and Bouvier is extremely knowledgeable about what kind of coverage a unit owner should have in order to be protected from potential liability. This service and knowledge is valuable to me both as a director of the homeowner's association and as a unit owner.
