Callahan & Rice Insurance Group, Inc. began its service to the Fayetteville community in 1966. Newton Robertson, Elizabeth Ellis and Thurston Callahan opened the agency to provide quality insurance coverages and a high level of professional service to business owners. I have had an incredible customer service experience working with Callahan & Rice Insurance Group INC! Specifically, Kyle Fera. I have had several disappointments with other agencies and once Kyle and I met it was smooth sailing. He took care of what I needed for my business and quick! Also, he is quick to respond which as a business owner I need and welcome!

Kyle with Callahan & Rice Insurance was very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, reliable and attentive. In a stressful situation as buying and selling homes, moving to new states etc can be, he made the transition so much easier. I highly recommend this company. I contacted Anna Davis for a quote for Flood Insurance on a condo I just moved to. I have never had flood insurance so I had a lot of questions that she confidently answered promptly by email, voicemail, or personal phone call. She went above and beyond my expectations and actually spoke with the representative from my mortgage company as well. I was very pleased with her vast knowledge, professionalism and excellent customer focused responses.

Callahan and Rice handled the insurance for The Heart of Christmas Show for over 16 years! Never once was there an issue. We had multi areas that needed coverage due to the nature of a musical show with a large audience and cast! Callahan and Rice always took care of everything with great reminders of renewals and adjustments if needed. They provide prompt responses to questions and just excellent service! Anna Davis is my account manger. Not only does she have extensive knowledge regarding insurances needs but she's quick to respond, takes care of things promptly and she is professional all the way!

I have worked with Landon at Callahan & Rice since I opened my business almost 5 years ago. We now have all our insurance with him. Through the hurricanes, a new commercial building purchase and a new home purchase he has went above and beyond for us. I cannot say enough about the level of service we receive here. Even when I'm in a pinch they are there for us right away. Landon also always has great videos updating us on current situations and what that means for us. I highly recommend the amazing team here!
