Once signed in, you will be taken to the "Lobby" page. Here, you will find all of the documents included in your file. You will select your information from the dropdown menus; Branch, Closing Agent, Order Category, Premium Type, Sales Rep, Former Policy #, Closing Date, Type of Service. Once submitted, you will be directed to a page stating and your order has been successfully submitted, followed by your order number. This will bring you to a page called the Conference Room, where further information can be found for that specific file.

Free Title Search Report

The Closing Agent will provide Sellers with a complimentary Title Search at the time of listing their property. This will help the Sellers ensure that there are no title defects or other issues that might cause a delay in their closing. This service will enable Sellers to be immediately aware of any potential issue related to the title of their property so they can have staff attorneys at The Closing Agent assist with any needed resolutions.

They are good but use a survey company called Visionland which is completely non responsive to any phone calls and update requests. these days that kind of service is appalling.

As a Realtor, I have used many different title companies and closing processors. I must say The Closing Agent made the transaction a very smooth process with excellent communication throughout. Best of all, Glorianna Satterlee was truly outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure my customer stayed on track throughout the closing while countless questions were thrown at her.
