The man in this company cheated my $600. His name is John How can you believe such a dishonest person to handle ur insurance. I buy a stroller from this guy. I should got the product model is V5.but he &his wife sold the V4 to me.v4 is cheaper than v5. He don't admit his fault.no Change, no refund. This is a kindly reminder.be careful this guy to handle ur insurance

My rates went up from $245 a month for 2 vehicles to $360+ in a year. I did have trouble with my driving record so i just accepted my bad luck and kept paying this amount. One day I decided to give non known names a try to get a cheaper rate, I had a baby and cost of living just went up all of a sudden! Nothing came out from that, but i received a call from an Allstate guy and i dismissed him almost immediately.
He persisted and i agreed to get a quote from them. To my surprise. $100 cheaper a month for better coverage knowing my full driving record! $100! cheaper a month! I couldn't believe it! So I call this DP Insurance agency to cancel and after 2 days of talking to about 3 representatives, ALL giving me this "whatever" attitude and telling me person is not in, we'll call you back, we'll send you the form to cancel, sending me a pitiful.dat file! what the hell is a form on a.dat format!?!?! Have you ever heard of the UNIVERSAL pdf format?!?!?! anyways. im still waiting for the cancellation form as i type this.

I had a great experience with DP Insurance. I was looking for health insurance and was recommended by my friend. The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and really nice. She explained all my choices and was super helpful. My mom went to KCAL last year and had issues so she told me to look elsewhere for insurance. THANK GOD I took her words to heart because my current agent at DP always tries to help me when I have an issue.

Finding a good insurance agent/broker who can provide class A services are not an easy task! Especially for certain types of high risk, specialty business but we are so lucky we found DP Insurance Agency and Johnny sure helped us a lot!
