I can't compliment FIA staff Alan and Rosa enough for years of great consumer service and expertise. I unfortunately had to file a claim recently and they handled it promptly and the process went smoothly and quickly. As usual, they followed up to make sure I was taken care of by the insurance company and were willing to intervene if needed but it wasn't necessary.

I had a wonderful experience with FIA Insurance Service. I contacted them for a quote over a weekend and they got back to me right away. I was able to get the quotes and all the paperwork completed by email correspondences. This was a huge "plus" since I was trying to do everything while at work. Their turnaround time for any questions or information was really fast.
At the end, we switched our auto and home insurances for us and for our parents to FIA. We ended up saving money and it was all done very fast. Alan Ip was very professional and took very good care of us. Though most of our correspondences were done by email, he was available and was able to help me when I called him for a quick question.

I've been with FIA for a few years and have dealt with Brandon O. and he's amazing! He's always super helpful and responsive; if I have a question or concern or need anything he is quick to help me out. When I moved, i found out my insurance premium would be going up - Brandon asked if I would have any public transportation nearby, or if I needed renter's insurance, and exhausted all available options to find the insurance provider that gave me the same coverage without having to pay an arm and a leg. I highly recommend Brandon and whenever my friends complain about their insurance rep I always ALWAYS recommend Brandon!

We have been working with Alan Ip for all of our insurance needs for a number of years now, everything from auto to renters to homeowners. Alan is very responsive over email as well as phone. This works out really well as we live in Northern California. He patiently answers any questions that we have. He is very detail oriented. For example, one of our policies had a payment discrepancy.
He followed up with the insurance carrier and quickly got the issue resolved. He consistently follows through on what he said he would do. Last but not least, he has earned our trust. He is not salesy. He listens to understand what our needs are and comes back with the information we ask for. When we know exactly what kind of coverage we want, he works quickly to get quotes from multiple carriers.
He has consistently been able to beat my own comparison shopping with other insurers like GEICO, AAA, Costco Ameriprise, State Farm, etc. When we are not sure what we need, he happily talks us through different options and types of coverage. We look forward to continuing to work with Alan for many more years!

I have been a customer with FIA for over 10 years, Brandon is the best insurance agent that I know. I have cars, motorcycle, house, Brandon has always managed to find the best rate for me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about FIA Insurance! My husband and I bought a new house and were having some insurance issues with our new mortgage company. Alan and the rest of the FIA team were able to help straighten out the problem with them. They were very helpful and efficient with the entire process. Every time I would email or call them with a question or concern, they would get back to me right away and give a very detailed explanation. I appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness! I love FIA and I highly recommend them!

I had FIA insurance for at least 20 plus years. I finally got fed up and had to leave. Most of the good employees retired. The final straw is when I called to ask a question/ When FIA insurance called me back I didn't answer my phone fast enough. So I listened to the voice message and I kid you not the person said she is going to lunch. I laughed and kept it to let my friends listen to the voice message. Sorry FIA customer service is not your greatest achievement.
