I had enquired about getting some Environmental Insurance for my business. After repeated emails, and two weeks I get an email stating to now fill out an application. I lost two weeks! Why couldn't someone tell me (you will think it is standard practice) that here is the application and you need to fill this out. I would not recommend this insurance firm to anyone!
