Leading Edge Financial Group was founded in 1988 by Scott Rankin. Kristi decided to join Scott in 1999 and has been meeting the insurance and financial needs of Northern Colorado ever since. Kristi strives to meet the needs of her clients by not only acting as a broker for several different companies, but having the ability to address multiple areas of insurance needs including employee benefits, commercial insurance, and individual policies. By taking the role of a consultant, Kristi can truly be a client advocate.

Kristi is a Colorado native and graduated from The University of Northern Colorado with her Bachelor's Degree in 1997. Having always had a desire to be self-employed, and greatly enjoying meeting new people, she ventured in to the world of insurance and financial advisement in 1999 and intends to be a broker/advisor until retirement.

The amendment applies to non-grandfathered individual insurance policies as well as non-grandfathered insured and self-insured group health plans. The amendment provides additional guidelines for women's preventive services. Health plans will need to cover women's preventive services, including birth control, without copayments or deductibles.

You can now get preventive services like vaccinations and certain screenings through your health plan without a copay or coinsurance when you use an in-network provider.Young adults are now able to stay on their parents' insurance until they turn 26 years old.
