Welsh Insurance has always been my place to go for years. Friendly no matter who you talk to. They deal with my customers that demand stuff then and there and they make it happen, that's how good there customer service is. They covered all my trucks, trailers, equipment, workman's comp, and general liability. They help you get the best deals but they also make sure your get the exact insurance you need! You should have them give you a quote before you Renew with your old company!

I've had this disappointing excuse for an insurance company for over 3 years now. They've raised my rates every year. I login to the website portal provided and don't have access to half the policies I pay for. I've asked numerous times for it to be fixed and nothing. My fault for staying as long as I did. It seems their only interested in their bottom line.

I wouldn't recommend going to these people at all for anything insurance wise. Several months ago I took all my paperwork for my insurance policies into them to see if they can get me a better rate on car, homeowners etc. insurance and I have heard since then is crickets. They have never once gotten back to me at all. I have called several times to inquire as to why they never called me back and I can never get through to anybody I always get a machine. I would not recommend this insurance agency at all. I get the impression they are not interested in any new business and don't really care about serving people.

Desi is my go to for everything! I can call her any time with any question and she's always more than happy to help me. She also helps me get a hold of my insurance agent if I can't seem to and definitely knows her stuff! She is always friendly and professional and will get you through anything, weather it's just a day to day thing or an emergency. I'd be a lost mess if I didn't have her and was trying to figure my emergencys out on my own. 100% recommend her!

I should listen to the previous comment. Same story. I was told I would get all information I need in an hour. Well, not hearing from them for a week I emailed Desiree Bodkins if any updates on equates. Silence. Then next day I just stopped by their office. No apology for not coming back to me as she had told me. She dug into her computer and pulled some random info for me.
The insurance deals were awful and unacceptable. I found way much better deal on my own. Why this company exists for? And the bonus, after visiting their office and provided all possible personal information, now I receive tons of all kinds insurance advertisement in my mail box. Be aware.

Over the past 20 years I have presented Welsh Insurance Agency with some challenging requests: multi-cars, multi-teen drivers (3), trying to insure a manufactured home, and yes, unfortunately a few claims. Throughout this relationship, the professionals at WIA have continued to shop & provide us with the best rates and coverage, but more than that, when I really needed them, they would guide me through the claim process. I highly recommend Jeff, Desiree and staff!

Absolutely not. I couldn't disagree more with the only other review of this place. I have never had anything but awful service from Welsh insurance, including up to the day I tried to cancel their service. Before Michelle left, she started the habit of continuously not returning my calls or emails with questions, and is the one who told me 2 years ago that my auto policy through Traveler's "didn't offer windshield coverage." A few months ago I call thinking I might cancel, but started by just asking for a re-quote. Desiree said Traveler's absolutely does offer windshield coverage and could re-quote my policies.
She said "I will try to get this to you by the end of the day but worst case scenario I'll call you tomorrow, and I will at least email you the new quote tonight." I never heard from her again. I've called the office a few times since then, either getting Desiree's voicemail, or a message that she's out of the office. I got my homeowner's and auto policies switched to USAA with some very nice people both on the phone and over a web chat.
Of course when I tried last week and today to call and cancel my current policies I could never get ahold of someone, even after leaving voicemails. I finally went through the phone prompts like I was signing up for a new policy and KAZAAM! Someone picks up the phone after a few rings! Interesting. Christy or something answers the phone; I say "I have 2 policies with you I'd like to cancel." She says okay do you have an email I can send some documents to sign for you to cancel?" "Yes, its xxx" Then she says "Okay I'll send those over!" Really?
No why? No is there something we can do to keep your business? Nope. It was the shortest cancellation call I've ever had in my life. Not to my suprise, that phone call was at 3pm today and I still have no email. I hope I can get this crap cancelled without having to call their office again. The dingy looking office and white-trashy people might make you think you're saving some money but in fact your just signing up to never be talked to. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I bet you've seen a commercial already for a better one :
