Absolute horrible customer service. Communicated that I travel for work but my primary location is in Connecticut and he rudely communicated that he didn't believe what I was saying about place of residence. Disgusted and appalled. Never my life I have a communicated with someone and they blatantly told me I was lying about my place of residence. I do not recommend you come to this business.

I have always had great service with Jeff and his coworkers. Been with Dolin Insurance for many years. Always got great advice and service.

I rarely write reviews unless the company is really good, or very bad. I've had this insurer for a couple of years. I've never had a problem until I wanted to cancel. The premium went up significantly. I was sent renewal information and found the price was ridiculously higher. I found a better policy for $41 less per month for a 12 month policy. That's $492 in my pocket.

So I didn't sign anything with Dolin. He insinuates since he uploaded the forms, i'm obligated to sign them. Not if I don't like the policy pricing. I wasn't even sent a preliminary quote for the policy. So why would you draw up documents? I'm not blindly signing anything. I got home last night to find he mailed the policies to me. Pushy much? Anyway.

He told me I was stupid (which is mainly why I'm writing this). Class act for the president of a company. Mind you, I was referred to him by a coworker. Please bypass this guy unless you like getting robbed slowly.

This company deserve to be shut down, they have zero customer service and will lie to you right in your face, the manger Jeff if a crook and a liar and will do everything in his power to hold you with their company, I will not recommend this company to nobody.
