One of the worst university. For getting your certificate or any related document will give you the best experience, one of the major part there is no option to contact them by mail or call.

Nothing more to tell! As we all know this university is too slow in processing. They will take years to publish results of exams. Past two for everything they will tell due to Covid situation it's delaying. Thank God! Now they had changed many applications to online. So no need to visit university. Lots of improvement needed

Great location. People are friendly if you have a connect there things are easier. Automation ( online)of many processes are are really helpful and saves time.

A leading university in Kerala. Ideally located. Unnecessary prolongation in getting any service request completed and this aspect needs desperate improvement. Huge campus.

Career destroying university. They intensionally fails you for the revaluation and supply fees. If they make any mistake in the published result, they consider the mistake as our. We have go to the university for clearing it and some of the staff's are so rude. Very bad university for studying.

No formal information and assistance are giving to students they want to roam around and find out what's to do. Even the photocopy shop owner inside knows better than the staffs. Rather helping and consulting the students & they are also not being polite at least to hear the issues and compliants. If the feedback reports are collected from each student visited there, it would be utter failure and disgraceful. Their sole responsibility and job role is to serve and aid the students, that's what they get paid. At least have a courtesy to uphold the merits kf university staff

This is the worst University that you can find in Kerala. They are good in delaying the exam results, giving maximum tension & frustration to students during exam days, having a helpline which never respond whenever necessary, conduct exams even during floods. If you are trying to destroy your career.this is the best choice for you. Always welcome
