Hi, my name is Scott Johnson and thank you for taking time to visit our website here at Creative Insurance Solutions. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself, who we are, and what we do here at CIS. I grew up and still live here locally on a farm. My Father and Grandfather instilled in me at a early age the values of hard work, ethics, and honesty. My family, like many others in this area, had hopes that their children would have opportunities beyond the farm and the life they knew.

Auto insurance is required in NC prior to tagging and operating a motor vehicle.

I highly recommend Creative Insurance Solutions. Joe Honeycutt helped us find home and auto policies with the same coverage that we previously had for much less money. My husband and I had switched our auto insurance from Progressive to Costco's and planned to switch our home from ASI to Costco as well because Costco was the best deal we had seen until Creative Insurance Solutions.
But Joe was able to save us much more. On top of that he found a really affordable umbrella policy. It's really nice to have that extra piece of mind and to have one contact for all three policies.

Don Cox is an absolute pleasure to work with. In an industry where it feels like someone is always trying to sell you more than what you need, Don made me feel like he truly cared about protecting my stuff while also getting me the best deal. I reached out to him about home insurance policies as my husband and I were buying our first home and he found us a great deal with great coverage.
He was so willing to answer all of my questions and I had plenty as this was the first time I had ever been through the home buying process. After all of our home insurance was figured out, Don offered to quote us an auto policy and ended up saving us over $700 every 6 months! Working with the agents at Creative Insurance is a great experience overall. You are dealing with real people, not auto recordings. The small office atmosphere makes it easy to communicate yet they are also able offer competitive rates both for commercial and personal insurance. They really do go above and beyond and make navigating insurance much less daunting.

Fantastic customer service! I work with Joe from Creative Insurance Solutions a lot. He is always available, gets my documents ready very quickly, and is a pleasure to deal with. Excellent centrally-located office here in Fuquay, although I never need to visit as he gets everything done promptly via email- so efficient. Since I live here in Fuquay and work at two independent businesses based here as well, it is a pleasure to support another locally run establishment. Cannot recommend this place highly enough

I cancelled the business policy back in July 2019, Don insurance agent who I spoken with on that date when I called in asked him cancel out the police and stop the automatic monthly bank draft. I ask him do I need to signed cancellation as wells since I sold the business? he said he will take care that, and I am all good. He did cancelled my bank draft, but not my insurance policy.
I have got the delinquent noticed a year later also the collection noticed too. I did contact them 6 months ago since they called to looking for the payment, I told his assistant the policy cancel the business sold I no longer a business owner. She asked me sign the cancellation. I did signed and email to her too and stated on what date I call in and request the policy to be cancel.
She advised me date the policy cancellation on the date I no longer insure by them, which it I signed but writing on the cancellation letter the date my insurance support to be cancel. I don't see any reimbursement policy premium on my policy which it okay, but a year latter the delinquent noticed and collection letter it is beyond my limit.
