A few years back, Josh had me switch to Erie Insurance for a cost saving move. I have had to use them for a roof replacement and just now for a vehicle accident. No hassles or question, just polite, courteous and all issues taken care of. Lipstone has stood by me and made sure everything was taken care of and that I was doing okay!

Recently, when Traveler's chose to non-renew my homeowners insurance due to two claims in a 5 year period, I turned to the Lipstone Group and received extremely professional and responsive support from Josh Lipstone. Josh was able to find me a new homeowners policy (as well as auto and umbrella policies) with a fantastic insurer who offered increased coverage at a lower cost than I was paying with Traveler's.

Josh was incredibly helpful. Even though we don't live in North Carolina, he was able to get us a new policy for our auto and homeowners insurance. Every part of the process went incredibly smoothly and was the best experience I've ever had trying to buy insurance. Even after the policies were written and paid for, Josh continued to follow up with making sure every company received the documentation that they needed.
