After a customer of 20 years I was dropped from my policy with no warning because my 16 year old got in a $10k accident in 2016. My husband and I are perfect drivers and have never missed a payment. Brad would not even return my phone call to discuss. We are leaving and taking our business somewhere else. I have also dropped my life insurance policy with them.

We have been associated with Bowen Insurance Agency since 2003. I have been with Bowen for 16 years and have never had a bad experience. Every single time I've called, I've spoken with extremely pleasant, helpful people. We recently bought two cars through Carvana which required a good deal of back and forth to be able to show proof of insurance in a short amount of time.
