A insurance business that knows its customers. They work hard to provide the best insurance at a affordable price. They also discuss with you the different deductible rates and make recommendations on which one gives the most bang for the buck. The owners are on site and are awesome people!

Mom and Dad have been doing business with CSG Insurance services since I was in high school. I barely transferred over this year for my Trucking Insurance and they have helped me out tremendously. You can call them at anytime of the day or night and they will always get you taken care of. CSG thank you for all what you've done and helped me accomplish you will always have my business.

I was serving the usmc in north carolina, bought a vehicle and wanted to add it to my insurance. despite the emails, and calls they gave me texas insurance, while i was in north carolina. i even asked if i needed my own insurance plan, because the state difference. now i have to pay over $250+ in fees in north carolina for not having their state insurance because it's mandatory there. i called them and told them they screwed me over but yet barely apologized etc.

We've been with CSG for a good while now and have had nothing but great experiences with them, the staff is kind and always bend over backwards to meet all their customers needs.

Small town business with excellent service and competitive with the big guys! Whenever I call in I get to talk to a real person who knows me by name, not just an account number! Always incredibly helpful, turn around time for services is excellent also! They offer so many different types of insurance that I can keep all of my business in house instead of having to spread it out among different agencies. Highly recommend, give them a call!

I have been with CSG Insurance for several years I know at least 12 years plus. I have had claims and have asked questions. Always have had good response from everyone. The only thing I miss is being able to go inside and visit because of the Covid-19 stuff. Glad this group is home owned and people I consider as friends taking care of my insurance needs.

Would not recommend them, as they do not return calls or do as they say, Had ins (home) with them for yrs and went with another co because of discount on my car ins, called and left word I was cancelling and to refund me my money owed, he never returned my call and then when I did get up with him he said he would sent me a form to show I had cancelled and got with someone else, 4 weeks later no form, I called the insurance co and told them what was going on and that if I didn't get my money I was going to report this to the ins com and file a suit. They were very nice and sent me the form to fill out and then get my money back
