Horrible, when you call they say agents are with a customer yet when you walk in. all they are doing is gossiping with each other. Sisi the lady handling commercial policies is the worst. Doesn't get the job done. And only excuse is "she's the only one handling does policies" well if they know they have so many contracters doing business with them why not hire more staff to handle the demand. This is the last year doing business with them. Very disappointed customer.

Horrible! Never return calls, horrible customer service. The day I went in, only one insurance agency there and waiting over an hour to be seen. Requested certificate on Monday never received it so I had to come into the office a few days later. Business should closed. Owner arrives whenever and regardless of shortness of staff. Observed front desk lady just writing down messages for someone to return calls which will never happen. Will not be renewing insurance with this company.

They don't answer the phone or return calls. You have to sit in the office and wait to get a response to a simple questions. You can not get claims resolved. You have to read your policy thoroughly. They left a vehicle off of my policy that was in an accident which left me with no coverage. Just poor service and lack of interest to fix issues.

I been with them since 2012. Was really good when Vanessa Mills was there. Now they lie to you, promise to call you back. William Peebles himself promise to call me back 3 times. I rate them as worst now. Guess relationships in business don't matter and what is sad I took my recommendation from two of his family members to do business with him.

This is the worst insurance company ever. I called for a whole week to try to get commercial insurance and every time they tell me someone will get back with me. Then the next time I call I'll be on hold as of right this second I have been on hold for 10 minuets this is crazy. I'm asking everyone please if you want good insurance and customer services this is not the place to go.
Now I have never wrote a review on anything but I had to on this because it's really ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving them a one star is because I can't do 0. Sorry, sorry, sorry so called insurance company.

DO NOT USE this company. I am a contractor and two of my sub contractors purchased workers comp coverage thru this company. I regularly received policies from them. Upon an audit from my insurance carrier I discovered that Peebles Insurance had been writing false policies. When I called the company the representative that I received all the Insurance Certificates from no longer worked there and I was told that there was nothing they could do.
To date the owner has not returned any calls or emails. I contacted the NC Department of Insurance and they are requiring that I take legal action toward the company and they can not help. Very discouraging that a company can do this and the only recourse a business has is to sue them. I would not recommend this company to any business or person.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS INSURANCE ADGENCY WORST FREAKEN PLACE EVER! A co worker of mines referred me to them. So I called to get a quote for auto insurance. The lady on the phone that was dealing with me told me my rate was $130 so I agreed to get the policy. during the transaction she said my rate had changed to $168 so she said she was gonna refund me my money in 2-3 business days.
I called them back asking where is my money she said she's going to call the bank to see what's going on that day she never called back. I called back the next day again! Asking what's going on with my money! I had to talk to the manager she said it takes 3-5 business days to get my money back on my card! So a week later I finally got my money back on my card!
I never gotten the policy! NOW a few days ago I got an email from progressive saying my bill is now available! I called peebles asking why do I have a bill from progressive when i never gotten a policy from them! The manager told me for some reason with progressive that the policy I was originally supposed to get went through. That I had to write a document saying I'm canceling a policy that I NEVER got!
So I did it. Today I received an email from progressive saying that the policy was cancelled &' that I owe $132! I called progressive telling what happened &' they said they have been trying to get in contact with them to find out what's going on with my situation. but no has been returning their calls. So I have to call them to tell them to call progressive!
I regret the day I called them! Worst place ever! I don't even have insurance with them! Never got one! &' I have a damn bill I have to pay for something I never got! DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars for a rating I would!

This place is the worst insurance agent ever. ONE STAR IS WAY TOO NICE FOR THIS. I'm an owner for trucking business and I have insurance with this agent, I don't wanna name any names but they all very bad at customer service, ever single time I need a paper or request something for my business I have to go through hell to get it done. Maybe over 10 emails and 20 phone calls to just get it done. I'm so pissed and frustrated at this place
