If you are an employer I'm sure you would love their tactics but if I could rate a negative I would. They have done nothing but cheap out on health care, minimize the severity of injuries, harassment with phone calls, they even admitted they lied but that it was not a lie somehow. I mean they call every day. Come to doctors appointments because you need a babysitter for what they spend on that get the pt the doc ordered and not a nursing home or an multiple sclerosis patient taking care of a person with a broke leg.
