I purchased a new 2020 Ford escape titanium awd from LAFAYETTE FORD in Fayetteville NC on March 21 2021, and less than a year the driver seat bottom is sagging, I am sitting in a hole while driving this Escape! I took it back to the dealership and was told by a Ford technician that's expected characteristics of material used in assembling this seat.
The dealership would not honor the warranty. I contacted the Ford customer care team March 8 2021 was assigned case # 3575006D6Z9R6. I have had no contact from except with me calling them 6 different times and being told FORD will not help me. This FORD ESCAPE comes with a 3 year 36000 BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY COVERAGE. This should be covered under this WARRANTY. REPLACE SEAT BOTTOM.
I have read that FORD'S BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY is bleeding money for FORD, to where now FORD'S CEO MR FARLEY wants to the limit amount of claims approved so he can MAXIMIZE FORD'S BOTTOM LINE! PROFITS! If FORD'S BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY is costing FORD'S BOTTOM LINE it's because of CHEAP PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS FORD USES! FORD Charges inflated prices for their PRODUCTS knowing that it won't last. Ford then cries about the bottom Line when they have to repair the substandard material in their products! Ford, Either put QUALITY MATERIALS in your PRODUCTS or pay the PRICE! BOTTOM LINE PROFITS!

Koala Roofing and Solar Company: I went out one Saturday morning to my garage and it was raining inside the garage from a leak in the roof. I posted on Koala Roofing website of my issue. Within 5 minutes, Phillip, the owner called me and said someone would be out to my house shortly. In 30 minutes, Hailey was at my house to assess the problem, fix the leak and take pictures of the roof for insurance purposes.
She worked endlessly with my insurance company to get everything taken care of. Roberta was very helpful in sending me samples of shingles to pick out and communicated with me when the supplies would be delivered and when the work would begin. Mike came and measured for the gutter guards which was very helpful. The workers arrived on time each day, were polite, and cleaned up throughout the whole process.
My roof is beautiful and I am very happy with this company and the whole process that needed to take place for the finished product. Thanks to everyone who works for this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

I experienced severe damage on my roof in the 2018 storm (hurricane). Mr. John Aman from Premier Builders was extremely helpful in assisting me with a new roof that was within my insurance allowance and did so in a very timely manner to prevent further damage. He and his crew were very mindful of how they performed their job and how they left my property.
My house looked like it had a face lift upon completion. On Monday August 3, 2020, we experienced another storm and I noticed that I once again had a leak in my home. I called Mr. Aman and asked if he could possibly come and take a look at the roof and help me determine where the problem was. He came the very same day (within an hour) of my contacting him.
After inspecting the roof, it was determined that a tree branch had broken off and punctured the shingles and the wood roofing. After locating the problem and the cause of it, Mr. Aman repaired the roof and would not charge me anything. Living in a small town does indeed have it's perks. Neighbor helping neighbor is a reward of small town living. I would just like to offer Mr. Aman a very hearty Thank You for being one of our top Roofing experts in my area.

Pitiful excuse of a Better Business Bureau. They refuse to look over my complaint because it was "personal", although it was also directly affiliated with the business my issue with an entity represented. Then when I tried to post a review, they declined to allow me to post it for no reason. After I attempted to ask why, they completely ignore me when they quickly responded to my request for reconsideration beforehand. I told the b**** to never contact me again since I can't even have a simple review posted. BBB can eat my fat black a**!

We appreciated the experience we had with Lifetime Roofing in Wake Forest, NC. Our roof was damaged by a tornado and after talking with several Roofing Companies we chose to go with Lifetime Roofing. Rob walked us through all the details of what we needed to do in taking pictures and determining the amount of damage. He then filed an estimate with our Insurance Company after I had filed a claim and they had performed an inspection.
Once it was approved Rob made sure we got an upgrade to an architectural roof and kept the cost within the amount budgeted by our insurance provider. They also installed new gutter guards that work great. We highly recommend Lifetime Roofing for anyone needing a new roof.

Knowing I had a few leaks and I knew I needed to get my roof replaced. The day mike showed up at my home to inquire about my roof was perfect timing. Mike sat down with me and helped me fill out the claim to my insurance company. The process was quick and he answered all my questions and made sure I was at ease. Mike and his crew came out September 23rd at precisely at 7am and worked all day without incident.
Now my roof is absolutely perfect no more leaks. The crew did an amazing job. I highly recommend their services. Thank you BulletROOF, Mike and crew! Thanks from the Louis Family.

If you are being scammed, dont bother going thru BBB. Ex: Check out HughesNet reviews and BBB's rating for them. BBB dismisses customer complaints and base the business rating on their ability to respond in timely manner with copy/paste resolution responses. If they cared to investigate, contact customer or even read customer complaints, they would see this business has received the same complaints (& business responses) for years, only worsening over time. Why? BECAUSE THE BBB, set up to protect consumers either 1-does not care or 2- just as dirty.

If I could give zero stars for the Myrtle Grove Post Office in Wilmington NC I would! My mail person left a note in my mailbox stating I would not get any further mail deliveries due to the fact I moved my mailbox 4 feet. I had to move it because it was now going to be in the middle of someone's driveway as well as it's been hit and replaced 3 times.
I left several notes to inform them as well as called customer service to have it on record. I tried to call the post office but never got an answer to let them know. I haven't received any mail and they are holding my mail with my packages until my two cases are resolved! They have also scanned my packages as delivered when they haven't been. They should not be able to refuse to deliver your mail. I would stay as far away from this post office as I could. They are rude, lazy and could care less if you receive you packages or mail!
