Not a bad place but a little bit hidden. As soon as you walk in someone almost always directs you over or tells you they will be with you soon. The reason I am giving this 3 stars though is because they do not keep you updated on any changes nor do they give you information about cheaper options. My last visit to them was because my insurance was much higher than it was before due to someone else having a ticket and me being under their name and all they kept saying was 'once it rolls off we can try to lower the price again'. They did not give any suggestions about lowering the price at all therefore I am only giving it 3 stars for being greedy.

Unable to send info regarding pass payments. Advised me to contact the insurance company directly which makes little to no sense being my payments are made through them. I have been a customer for years never have I been able to miss a payment without my policy being discontinue now it supposedly happened twice in the last few months.

Recieved a quote, when told my old insurance was cheaper they offered to give a discount for 'paying in full' which really was from them adding a homeowner's discount. After a month, I was sent another bill for the remainder due to not being a homeowner (resulting in me having to pay the original, more expensive rate.) Will be switching insurance after my 6 month policy is finished.
