We worked with Agent Trevor Keiser at Curtis Insurance Agency for our insurance needs. His customer service was exceptional in getting us the best auto and home insurance quotes. Our family has used Curtis Insurance for several years. Greg and his team are top shelf in making sure you are properly insured, you won't be sold excessive coverage nor will they inadequately cover you just to give you the lowest payment. After a recent auto accident where my vehicle was totaled, one call to the office set the wheels in motion for the rental vehicle and claims process which went smoothly right through to completion. Curtis may not be the cheapest option but the best rarely is. Having worked through a loss with Curtis, we won't go anywhere else.

If you are looking for insurance, please don't go through this middle man company. I understand that it is locally owned and been around for quite some time, however the customer service I received while insured through Curtis Insurance Agency was less than satisfactory on numerous occasions. Things like faxing auto policies took multiple phone calls to remind and many hours later finally receiving, and constant miscommunication throughout the office. Needless to say I was not impressed at any point and time with Curtis Insurance Agency and took my business elsewhere. Be warned
