He has taken the time to educate me on how insurance works and has saved me over 40% on insurance. Brian and his team provide amazing customers service and they are very responsive. Well, when you have your insurance company listed as "Kelly, The BEST Insurance Girl" you know you have found a great one. Because of how professional, helpful and kind Kelly Grifhorst is I do not even feel it would be worth searching for other companies. After these years I feel Kelly knows our family and I would rather stay here, with her as my insurance go to person. Great Customer Service is what keeps us here. I have been with Oliver-VanDyk for years. They have amazing customer service. Anytime I call or email with questions they respond quickly and work diligently to help with the need I presented.
