I've worked with AIC Insurance Services for several years. Jason, Tom, and the staff are kind, informative, and quick to respond to questions. In addition, they are always looking for the most comprehensive and beneficial insurance packages to fit my family's needs. 6 stars!

AIC has been critical in gaining confidence that my back is covered. I am able to go out into the marketplace and do the work my company does, knowing that if issues arise or not, AIC is looking out and has answers to my questions. Jason and Tim have both been available and knowledgeable whenever I have called. I highly recommend.

Excellent communication. Very responsive to questions and close attention to detail. Knowledgeable and helpful navigating claims and in reviewing potential changes in coverage. Very quick to help when filing a claim became necessary. Overall, AIC has always provided an exceptional customer experience for the 12+ years I've been a customer.

We had a little blip when our original agent left AIC but Stacey our new agent has really picked up the pace and has helped us navigate many insurance needs effectively and expediently. We are very pleased with the offices support in helping us get claims from Auto Owners on a very timely bases.
