Mine Subsidence (The limit of coverage for mine subsidence is generally the same as the amount of insurance for fire or windstorm). Know that all of our highly trained adjusters/inspectors are employees of Heartland Mutual and are available 24/7 to assist you in the event that you need to file a claim.

If you call outside of our business hours, we have an answering service that will take your information and alert us immediately of your claim! One of our adjusters will contact you right away! We want you to be completely satisfied with your insurance protection and the service you receive. Once your claim is submitted, an adjuster will contact you and keep you informed throughout the claim process.
