From the first time I spoke with Pam at Yaekel & Associates, I knew she was going to go above and beyond to meet my deadline for getting my small business insurance in place. She made no false promises and told me she would do her best to take care of my needs in such a short period of time. I initially spoke with Pam on a Friday afternoon. She told me what information she needed from me to obtain the proper insurance coverage for my business.
She even went into her office over the weekend to review the information I ended up sending to her. She then called me on Monday to go over my options and, in no time, my insurance was in place and she was emailing Certificates to my customers as needed by Wednesday. Pam was extremely professional and displayed a wonderful sense of caring relative to my predicament of needing to act quickly.
She gave me exactly what I needed and was even able to save me money over what my previous insurance services company was able to do. I will definitely keep using Yaekel & Associates (and Pam) going forward and will not hesitate to highly recommend them. What a great experience!

There has never been a situation that I have brought to this company that they can't handle. They treat me like family. If I have a question, they find an answer. I am happy with the premiums I pay. I laugh at the commercials for other insurance companies, who will save you money. Really? Year after year? Will they answer your questions and handle your claims quickly? Not like Yaekel will. Kay is an absolute treasure. She never laughs or thinks my questions are too insignificant to answer.

You can't beat the convenience of using a local agency. Couple that with the expertise that Yaekel & Associates demonstrates and it's easy to understand why we continue to renew our coverages through their office.
