The capability to share one's home with a cat or a dog is one of the great joys in life, they provide us love and loyalty, companionship and protection. It is not surprising therefore that they speedily win their way into our hearts as our four-legged family members. Unfortunately our pets are as likely to become sick or to have an accident as any of our other loved ones, and in some cases more so.

Horrible experiences! When you call them (doesn't matter what part of the day) they put you on hold for what seems like forever, and then you are transferred to a "message taker" who takes a message and says someone will call you back within 36 hours. If that wasn't bad enough, the first time it took them about a week to call back and now three weeks later, I'm waiting for them to return my second call.

I was refered to this company through my Union. I am always put on hold for an average of 20 minutes. Often my agent does not call me back when I leave a message. If she does she calls at 7am and wakes me up because they are in Illinois. They only accept credit cards and want you to set-up automatic payments. If you don't and try to pay by phone on the day that it's due you can't get through because the line is busy and they don't call you back, and then they charge you a $20 late fee.
Also they do not send you bills or receipts. I have been waiting for a payment on a claim for 2 months now. Their policy says that you will receive payment within 2-3 weeks. I would strongly urge that you find a different Insurance Program.
