We had this insurance for almost 8 years for home and auto. Never had an issue until this year. Got my annual premiums and my rates were raised over $830 a year! When I called Jackie to see if they could help lower my rate the answer was a no with no concern or willingness to look into working with a long standing customer. I had no problem finding another company that beat the prices I had been paying for the last 8 years before the price hike!
