Switched from Hagerty to Heacock about 13 years ago on collector cars and race cars. Always a pleasure to run into Pete at races and events; the nicest guy on the planet and their star customer service rep. As far as their claim service? As a Porsche enthusiast who actually WATCHED my 911 being stolen right in front of me I can attest to the honest and caring way they handled my claim. I have NEVER dealt with an insurance co that has such personalized service.

We transferred all of our insurance to Heacock (auto, homeowners, umbrella liability, etc.) several years ago and have been extremely pleased with the coverage and service. We are especially grateful to our agent for placing our homeowners policy with Tower Hill. Our home incurred substantial damage after it flooded due to a plumbing issue. The claims related to it were paid promptly and fairly with the adjuster always available for any questions. I highly recommend Heacock for all of your insurance needs.

BEWARE! They will coax you into saying things, write a policy, grab your money and then in two months contact you that the company isn't honoring the policy. This based on some misleading information they coaxed you into giving them. Even if you explain everything, the woman will tell you, "OK we will put this down and they will accept it". Then two months later, they made their commission, you are screwed out of money and they could care less.
