Robert and his staff are AWESOME. I have used HAIS for several different policies. I can't imagine going elsewhere. It's definitely nice to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about face to face rather than being on hold forever via phone. They always seem to find me a great deal price wise, with a somewhat tarnished driving history. I definitely recommend to them to anyone.
