Tobey & Merrill Insurance

I received what was, in my opinion, condescending and rude service from this company. Ms Cheryl Silva was the correspondent in my case. My father was previously a client with them; his property was transferred to me and I tried to have the insurance policy transferred/rewritten into my name. Ms Silva was, in my opinion, unhelpful, rude, and condescending in all of my correspondence with her. I asked simple questions and she was, to my mind, not at all informative in response. I do not recommend this company at all.

The entire experience working with Tobey & Merrill was stress free and easy. We were able to get insurance at a GREAT rate as well. Kim was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I would recommend Tobey & Merrill to anyone!

When we moved to the seacoast, we hoped to find an agency that would be responsive, attentive and caring like our 20 plus year agency where we lived. I did my research, and Tobey and Merrill came out on top. After meeting with Kim, talking through our needs, and looking at our options, she created a program for us that met or exceeded all our needs at a reasonable cost. At T&M, we are well served, they review our insurance needs, and question increases, saving us money!

T&M were fantastic to work with upon purchasing a new home. The explanation of coverages and response to questions, recommendations given, and professionalism were far beyond the customer service by other agents. Kim was great - would highly recommend using them.

There's a reason T&M have been in Hampton for over 100 years. I prefer having a local agent and a point of contact that responds quickly rather than trying to figure it out online through a gecko. And they work with multiple companies through which they can provide you with several options.

I just moved from Mass to NH and wanted to use a local broker for my car insurance. I'm grateful I picked Tobey & Merrill and was assigned to Chris Wilson. I couldn't be more happier with the service and professionalism he brought to the table. T&M are lucky to have him as an employee.

Kim always answers all of our questions in a timely manner (we had lots!) and makes all the insurance language easy to understand. Everyone that I have worked with at Tobey & Merrill is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to save money on my auto and home insurance policies with their help. Recently I have had to make changes to my policies and it was as simple as a phone call. I recommend their services to anyone looking to save money on insurance!

Upon purchasing a new home, we had Toby and Merrill take a look at all of our insurance coverage and they were able to combine all of our coverages (home, auto, umbrella) and save us TON of money. Since we have had the coverage in place they have been receptive of every question and inquiry we have had and deal directly with the carrier so we never even have to pick up the phone to speak with them directly. Highly recommend!
