Respect to all and anyone working in manufacturing. I've never done it. Skilled trades Union Construction/ Refinery most of my life. I couldn't be inside all day. Grandmother did it in a shoe factory in Vanceburg, Ky for more than 3decades. Stay safe everyone.

Consider hiring for 1st shift once in a while all you ever hire for is 2nds if you want long term employees you will get the best work from millenials all it is on 1st is senior citezens who are about to retire thats pointless put them on 2nds or 3rds you could have all these long term millenials who work twice as hard on 1st.
